Where there are all attainments, there is happiness.

Some sentences force you to think that where is my happiness? Why I am not happy? Why I am running towards happiness and still feel it to be far away from me?

The above quoted line to my understanding means when I am full inside then there lies my happiness. In this materialistic world we accumulate so much material things and still we are empty inside. But if I the soul is full of virtues, divine qualities, powers then I don’t seek anything from outside or anyone, I am full inside and there lies my happiness.

So just think for yourself am i also the one chasing happiness or I want to become the one to whom happiness chases.
